Concept visualization: based on product definition and technical requirements, create concepts for product appearance, form, and HMI, producing high-quality sketches, renderings, and initial concept models.

High-fidelity display model production: design and guide the creation of high-precision static or dynamic models for internal review, market research, or customer communication, accurately conveying design concepts and value.
3D modeling and rendering: skilled in SolidWorks, Rhino, Keyshot, Blender and other tools for product-level modeling, detail refinement, material mapping and realistic rendering, producing files for engineering, prototypes and display.

Product Definition and Requirements Management

Lead end-to-end requirements discovery, analysis and abstraction; define core product metrics such as motion performance, endurance, payload, environmental adaptability and interaction experience; write PRDs and specifications; and balance performance, reliability and cost.

R&D Collaboration and Project Advancement

Act as a cross-department hub coordinating mechanical, electronic, algorithm and software teams, align requirements, drive products from prototype and R&D testing to pilot and mass production, manage progress with agile methods such as Scrum/Kanban, and identify risks early.

Supply Chain and Mass Production Management

4. Lead breakthroughs in motion-control challenges such as unstructured-terrain adaptation and dynamic impedance control, and promote patent applications and technical iteration;
5. Track frontier research such as large-model-driven motion strategies, and produce technical white papers and top-conference papers such as ICRA/IROS.


II. Requirements

Education: Master degree or above in automation, computer science, mechatronics, or related majors; PhD or top-conference papers preferred;
Experience: more than 3 years of legged-robot motion-control development, with leadership of at least one full-process project from simulation to real-machine deployment.
Algorithm Capabilities:
Proficient in robot kinematics/dynamics modeling such as Newton-Euler and Lagrangian dynamics, and control theory such as MPC/WBC;
Master reinforcement learning frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow and have experience developing terrain-adaptive strategies.
Engineering Capabilities:
Proficient in C++/Python, ROS 2, Eigen, and other algorithm libraries;
Familiar with real-time control system development and hardware interface debugging, such as joint torque calibration and sensor data fusion.
Soft Qualities:
Cross-department collaboration ability, including coordination with hardware and embedded teams;
Strong stress tolerance and ability to handle intensive technical challenges
